About the survey
The 2025 faculty climate survey ran from September 23 through October 31, 2025, and is now closed. Results of the survey will be posted at the end of January 2026.
Response rates
The survey had a 34.1% overall response rate, with the following breakdown by faculty category:
- 46.5% ladder faculty response rate
- 19.9% instructional faculty response rate
- 24.8% research faculty response rate
